Monitoring Process
ShowMyWell’s monitoring process is powered by IoT technology developed by our Partner, ulalaLAB who is Korea’s leading intelligent data lake solution provider for industrial IoT devices and sensors, data interface, real-time monitoring and visualization and ML/Ai analytics.
Our base monitoring installation provides for either wire or wireless based gateways along with an edge computer to allow for managing varying sample rates from individual sensors. This control in transmitted data ensures that cloud related costs are optimized.
While monitoring installations are customized to address specific field challenges, our fundamental monitoring process remains consistent.

Equipment Monitoring
ShowMyWell monitors the critical surface facilities associated with O&G production. Current, vibration and ultrasonic sensors help diagnose performance of surface equipment and flowlines and to provide automatic notification of failures, excessive corrosion, and leakages. Monitoring of subsurface and wellbore conditions is performed with sensors and meters that measure tubing and casing pressures, temperature, and flow rates.


Visualization
ShowMyWell prepares customized dashboards that display the collected and analyzed data in very user-friendly applications that are accessible on smart devices or computers.

Facilities Monitoring
ShowMyWell monitors the critical field facilities associated with production. This includes items such as tank batteries, pump stations, pipelines, and field processing equipment. Fill level sensors located in storage tanks discretely measure oil and water volumes produced from wells. This and flow meters from individual wells provide operators with real time production volume measurements that historically have been performed by daily manual inspections. Accurately monitoring fluid volumes can automatically identify when oil is to be sold or water to be removed. Fluid meters and cameras allow for remote monitoring of the physical custody transfer of these products. Real-time performance and safety notifications ensure critical data is available to support decision making and protecting of the environment on a 24/7 basis.
