ShowMyWell was formed in May 2021 as an International venture with ulalaLAB Inc. to blend their leadership in IoT monitoring technology and ML/AI methods with Upstream Operation expertise to provide cost effective and user-friendly Digital Oilfield solutions for the collection, analysis and reporting of real-time field and environmental conditions.
UlalaLAB was established in 2011 and is Korea’s leading intelligent data lake solution provider for industrial IoT devices and sensors, data interface, real-time monitoring, visualization, and ML / AI analytics. The Company currently has 120 installations in 10 Countries around the globe and processes nearly 215 Billion bits of data daily for the Manufacturing, Farming and Energy industries.
Leadership
DOUGLAS NESTER, MBA
Mr. Nester is a co-Founder of EverAware. He is also CEO of PetroReal ASI, a sister company that is bringing Korean ML/AI technologies to the Upstream decision-making process. He is a proven energy executive with over 35 years of global experience in the management of upstream operations for both public and start-up organizations. Holding degrees in geology and business from Indiana University of Pa. and University of Houston, Mr. Nester spent much of his career focusing on the process of integrating technical and financial data to improve decision making.
Kyoyoung (KY) Jin, MBA
Mr. Jin is a founder of EverAware. He specializes on research planning, IoT signal processing and communication technology for development of the digital oilfield. Previously he has worked in Disol Inc. as a vice president and with smart device manufacturing companies cooperating with Samsung Electronics and LG Electronics. His research focused on developing major electrical system and line modules for smart telecommunication device. He has also worked at Samsung Advanced Institute of Technology and Samsung Electro-Mechanics as a team leader at his early career. He earned his MS degree from Stevens Institute of Technology in Electrical Engineering and MBA from U.C. Berkeley.
Dr. Howard Park
Dr. Howard Park is a co-Founder of EverAware. He is also President and Chief Executive Officer of Energy Holdings Group, a first established and leading energy investment and consulting company in Korea. He is an expert in strategy & investment consulting and technical management of energy business. Dr. Park earned his BS/MS/PhD from Seoul National University in Petroleum Engineering and was a visiting scholar in University of Southern California. He was awarded ‘achievement award’ from Korea government in 2013 and awarded ‘technology prize’ from The Korean Society of Mineral and Energy Resources Engineers in 2017.
