Production Monitoring

We aim to achieve carbon neutrality and a net-zero energy & environmental industry by leveraging digital transformation technologies

Sensor & Meter Positioning

Power Demand

Monitoring current demand is a critical component of determining the normal power consumption of motors and pumps used in artificial lifting operations.

Motors/Pumps

Vibration sensors placed on motors and pumps establish baseline data patterns and allow for early detection of anomalous performance by the equipment.

Well Pressures

Pressure transmitters provide guidance on the downhole conditions within the tubing and casing. This includes confirmation that isolation exists between each of these.

Production Facilities

Pressure and flow meters provide guidance on the operational efficiency of these equipment by measuring pressure, volumes, and temperatures. These data are also used to identify the leaking of hydrocarbons into the environment. The addition of atmospheric methane and soil moisture sensors provide further early leak detection.

Storage Facilities

The installation of fluid level sensors provide continuous guidance on the volumes of fluids being produced and allows for a more efficient scheduling of fluid removal from the site. Placement of atmospheric methane detectors and tank lid level sensors help manage any methane emissions. IR cameras can provide a more detailed understanding of leak locations and volumes that may be involved.

Flow/Custody Metering

Monitoring the flow of all fluids and gasses is required to optimize production efficiencies and document volumes associated with custody transfer.
